Flanders Arts Institute and Arts Flanders Japan are taking part in TPAM for the second year in a row. This time both organizations support three artists / artworkers to participate in TPAM 2020. After an open call, three participants were chosen: artist Karl Van Welden, artworker Eveline Martens (Berlin) and programmer Marieke De Munck (Vooruit).
